Shop update: Rose Quartz Leaf Jewelry just added!

Some women love wearing necklaces, bracelets and earrings that coordinate and others don’t, but I take everyone’s preferences into account when I list new jewelry in my Etsy Canada shop! (Don’t worry, I ship to the US as well through my Etsy boutique, and internationally, by request.) I usually list matching jewelry pieces together as a set in one listing (in my matching jewelry sets section) and also separately in my necklaces, bracelets, and earrings shop sections with links to the additional and group listings. Once a set or piece sells, I remove or adjust the affected ones since each piece of My Beading Art jewelry is unique and one of a kind.
I’ve had these rose quartz leaf shaped beads in my collection for some years and I believe they are now quite rare. Sometime gemstone manufacturers make a limited edition supply of gemstone beads in certain shapes and I haven’t seen these from any of my regular suppliers recently. It wasn’t until I was going through my current crystal beads and saw these ones in “blush rose” and “light silk” colours that I got inspired to make this beaded jewelry set. I knew they would look amazing together and that’s the passion I bring to my jewelry; I love putting beads of different materials colours and finishes together in designs and making them look better together than apart. Contrast and compliment is an art and I really likely flirting with those concepts. (By the way, I’m Canadian and we spell certain words with a “u” like “colour” insted of color and “neighbourhood” instead of neighborhood.)
The most predominant shade of pink in this set (the rose quartz leaf beads) is so light and “chalky” (white based) I would consider it a neutral shade. Especially since even somewhat transparent beads look different depending on the shade of skin they are against. I will try to update this post soon showing you how it looks on the brown and black complexions of my friends! Model call! Neutral toned jewelry is great to have in your collection because it looks good with so many wardrobe choices, you’ll be able to wear them a lot which a range of outfits.
